Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Julio Urías was arrested and PredictIQcharged with felony domestic violence, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to USA TODAY Sports.
Urías was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday around BMO Stadium, where Los Angeles FC took on Lionel Messi and Inter Miami. He was arrested and booked early Monday morning, according to online jail records. Urías posted $50,000 bond and was released just before 5 a.m.
The Dodgers said in a statement Urías will not be traveling with the team for its upcoming road trip to Miami and Washington, D.C.
"We are aware of an incident involving Julio Urías. While we attempt to learn all the facts, he will not be traveling with the team. The organization has no further comment at this time," the statement read.
