Whether you can't get enough of Netflix's Selling Sunset for the dazzling homes, intense drama or glamorous fashion, you're going to be even more excited to watch the sixth season of the reality series after you hear what Jason Oppenheim has to say about the newest episodes.
"It's so good," Jason says of the soon-to-be-released season 6 of Selling Sunset. "I think that's just another way of saying stressful. When I say it's our best season yet, I mean it was our most stressful season. I think the real estate's better, I think the drama is pretty intense. Honestly, like, it was a lot. I'm just so glad to have it over with, but it'll be fun to watch."
Jason attributes much of the new season's success to the two new agents.
"I thought [they] brought so much," he says. "So much real estate, so much drama, so much energy. Nicole Young has been at that brokerage for years, so I was so excited to have her on the show [...] Bre Tiesi, too, she's just really exciting, as well. I think they just add so much to the office and so much to the show, and I think that probably when this show comes out, I think that they have a lot to do with that."
The real estate mogul and Selling Sunset star not only gave E! the rundown on the new season, but he also got candid about some of his most-loved products that he can't live without, both in his home and the new Oppenheim Group offices. Along with his favored Assouline books and the edgy Buster + Punch lamps adorning each agent's desk, Jason says that he keeps a Keurig coffee machine in every single office, and in his own home.
"When clients come in, the first thing I do is offer them a cup," Jason says. "I have, like, a full bar dedicated to the Keurig coffee maker and my Oppenheim Group mugs."
Not only that, but the star even gifted his long-distance girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk a Keurig. Coffee, however, is not the only thing that keeps his LDR going. Jason also attributes "American Express points," lots of travel and communication to the success of his and Marie-Lou's romance.
"I just think we are really committed to making it work," he says. "And I think we really have a lot of respect and love for each other and, and we communicate a lot, communicate often and it feels very relaxed and comfortable for both of us. I think that we both value the relationship a lot. So, I think we're, you know, we're really putting in effort to make it work. Long distance isn't easy. It takes effort, but we are motivated to make it work."

Jason likes to start his morning with a homemade coffee using the Keurig K-Café® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker. The straightforward machine can be controlled from your phone with the Keurig app, so you can craft your coffee while you roll out of bed and get ready in the morning.
"I'm pretty obsessed with coffee," he says. "I probably have a Keurig coffee two to three times a day. I usually even do the Half-Caff because that way I don't get too jacked up [...] sometimes I just am too lazy to get out of bed, so I just actually make a cup of coffee from my phone, which is pretty convenient because I know that it's sitting there hot and ready when I actually drag myself out of bed."
"I always have one in my pocket," Jason says when it comes to lip balms. One of the formulas feeding his lip balm addiction? The Labello Classic Care Lip Balm, which you can snag from Amazon for under $8.
"I've been wearing them for years," Jason says of these Tommy John boxer briefs. "They're long, and they're tight on my legs, so they just are more comfortable. I don't like loose underwear. If I wear like nice slacks or anything, they just fit really well. You don't ever see, like, any lines or folds or ridges or anything like that."
"Oftentimes, I'm too busy to eat or to have like a proper meal, so I just have these beef jerky sticks in my car, at the office, at my house," Jason says. "They just kind of take the edge off."
"I love books," Jason discloses. "Assouline has, like, such a good collection. I've probably bought, I don't know, hundreds of books by them in the last year."
He says he's "kind of obsessed with how they look," and that there is a 30 foot library in the new office full of Assouline books. "I mean, they gave me a discount so I just went kind of crazy," Jason concludes.
While Jason says he can't recall if Mary or Chrishell made the recommendation to use this Oil Free Moisturizer from Glo Skin Beauty, he says he's "been using it probably for two years now."
"I use it every morning," he says. "I think my skin is addicted to it now, and so if I don't do it my skin starts to get itchy because it's dry. Any time I get out of the shower or the sauna I just put it on."
